Independent site, not affiliated with the EU or any government; information provided without warranty, always check the official source.

Paid Premium plans are not open yet: today the whole site is free, with no account, and no payment is requested. These terms will only apply once those plans open; the opening date and applicable version will then be shown at the top of this page.

A Premium subscription, once available, will give you monitoring tools. It will not guarantee your eligibility or that you will obtain funding.

2. Scope

These terms apply to Premium subscriptions taken out on govfundingradar.com. You accept them by ticking the box provided before payment. The applicable version is the one in force on the day you subscribe; it is sent to you by e-mail with the confirmation.

Free use of the site is governed by the legal notice.

3. The service

Free of charge, the site gives access to the calls catalogue with all its filters, a page per call with a countdown, the guides, the newsletter and the public JSON feeds.

The service is an information and monitoring tool. Data comes from official portals and is updated regularly, but a call may change or be published before the site shows it. Alerts are sent by e-mail and may be delayed or filtered as spam by your mailbox.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code (small business exemption).

If a price changes, you are told by e-mail at least 30 days before your next renewal. You can cancel before that date. A change never applies to a period already paid.

5. Ordering and payment

• You choose a plan, enter your e-mail address and read these terms.
• You tick the box accepting the terms, then the box asking for the service to start immediately (see article 7).
• You pay by card on the secure page of the payment provider. Gov Funding Radar never sees your card number.
• You receive by e-mail the subscription confirmation, these terms and the withdrawal form.

Payment is taken in advance each month on the anniversary date of the subscription. If a payment fails, the provider retries; if it is still unpaid after our e-mail reminder, Premium access is suspended and your account returns to the free version.

6. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically every month until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, from your account or by e-mail to contact@govfundingradar.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid month: you keep Premium access until then. A started month is not refunded, except on withdrawal (article 7) or in the cases in article 8.

A change of plan (Essential to Pro or the reverse) takes effect at the next renewal.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of subscribing (article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

• Online, with the "Withdraw from contract here" function in your account and in the confirmation e-mail, available throughout the period (withdrawal function required by the Belgian law of 19 July 2026);
• By e-mail to contact@govfundingradar.com;
• Or with the form below.

You receive an acknowledgement by e-mail without delay.

By subscribing, you expressly ask for the service to start straight away (article VI.46(8)). If you then withdraw within the period, you only pay for the part of the month already used, pro rata by day (article VI.51(3)). We refund the rest within 14 days, using the same means of payment. Example: withdrawal after 5 days of a 30-day Pro subscription; you pay €19 × 5/30 = €3.17 and we refund €15.83.

8. Refunds

• Withdrawal within 14 days: see article 7.
• Double payment or charge after cancellation: full refund of the amount wrongly charged.
• Service unavailable through our fault for more than 7 consecutive days: pro rata refund for the period of unavailability.

Write to contact@govfundingradar.com. We reply within 5 working days and refund within 14 days of our agreement, using the same means of payment.

9. Conformity and availability

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services (Directive (EU) 2019/770, as transposed into Belgian law). If a paid feature does not work as described, tell us: we fix it within a reasonable time or, failing that, reduce the price or refund you.

The site may be briefly interrupted for maintenance or if the host has an outage; we do what is needed to restore the service quickly.

10. Liability

Information is provided without warranty: always check the official source. The publisher is not liable for a missed deadline, a rejected application or a decision based solely on the site.

Otherwise, the publisher's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. This limit does not apply to intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the publisher, nor to the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer.

11. Permitted use

The subscription is personal. Pro exports may be used internally and to advise your own clients, but not to resell or republish the calls database. Automated scraping of the site is forbidden; the public JSON feed remains available.

In case of serious abuse (large-scale account sharing, resale, attacks on the site), access may be suspended after a warning by e-mail, except in an emergency.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Subscribers are told by e-mail at least 30 days before the change applies; if they disagree, they can cancel free of charge before that date.

14. Business customers

If you subscribe for the purposes of your business, the right of withdrawal in article 7 does not apply. The other articles apply; any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Liège (Belgium).

15. Complaints and disputes

If we cannot find a solution, you can turn free of charge to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service: mediationconsommateur.be.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may go to the courts where you live.
